    I selected positive experience as a seller was so proactive in sorting things out. Despite being very well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap, in a box and very secure. Royal Mail managed to damage the coffee machine by either dropping it or throwing it! I contacted the seller immediately and sent a photograph of the damage, he apologised and said that he’d had adamaged goods experience with RM in the past. He then refunded me for the item. I was super happy with response from the seller, 5*
