I have bought a few products from this company and the service is normally excellent. Bought a shavings fork and explained what was wrong and then I get ignored! The fork has a wobbly handle as it attaches together halfway down and I trapped my skin on my hand in it, not a nice wake up call in the morning! Poor customer service and a poor product this time!
