These Panasonic units went out of production quite a number of years ago so it is rare to come across a source whose stock is not just described as 'new' but genuinely is as near to coming fresh from the factory as you could possibly expect. They are far from cheap however and you need to weigh up the merits. The old adage 'You get what you pay for' definitely applies! Excellent communication and quick dispatch, with over-wrapping to protect the box. All in all, a pleasure to buy, thank you.

I ordered this item and, true to their promise it arrived the following day in the allocated 1 hour time slot. There was something written on the box which suggested that it wasn’t brand new (as they had advertised it as) so I contacted them immediately. Within half an hour they had responded, assuring me that the item was brand new and that what was written on the side of the box related to a different model than the one I had bought. I was very relieved. Well done, great customer service.
