nothing was missing, I never got the order. I spoke to a person to ask a question about it got the answer, he asked if I wanted to continue to cancel as I asked to cancel the order. I said yh I will continue with the order but No reply. After a while I asked him about it and again no reply. So later I was fed up as there was still no reply and on the item it was still staying pending cancellation. Unfortunately the communication has been poor.
