The packaging was damaged on arrival that got me worried but there were two more layers of packaging underneath keeping the guitar safe. String tension was relieved, everything wrapped nicely. Behringer rules!
As with every other Behringer piece of equipment I've ever owned - and I've had a lot, this acoustic guitar pedal is a great value! It does what so many others claim to do but at a fraction of the price. There is no better name brand out there that delivers low end pricing with mid to upper end performance, function and reliability!
