    Love the Vera Bradley bag. However, communication was lacking. I had to email to find out the shipping status; the seller had been on a business trip and emailed after I contacted her that the shipping had been upgraded so I would get the bag sooner. The bag should have been delivered between May 14 and 19, I received it today, May 21. The date on the label was May 16, so I’m questioning the priority shipping. The buyer has to pay immediately; will have to think about purchasing here again.

    I like the purse; it was delivered in advertised condition. My problem is the delay in shipping. I purchased it on May 10, and the delivery window was May 14 - 17, but it wasn't shipped until after May 14 and it arrived today, May 19. I don't understand the delay, and a word from the seller would have nice. I would hesitate to buy from this seller again.
