This picture was sent in a flimsy carboard box. When I opened it, the artwork had creases in it, probably caused by not being put in a tube. Given the cost of the postage, I'm extremely disappointed, especially as other people had commented their artwork was well packed. Also, I emailed them before I left this negative feedback, asking for a solution and received no reply. Thankfully it wasn't a very expensive piece of artwork. I doubt I'd take the chance buy something from this supplier again.
