    Just one small thing. It would have been helpful to say that the paper tray was secured by a small plastic clip underneath printer as it seemed it wasnt working. Seller was very quick in responding to my concern. I got my last printer from this firm and they are really reliable. I am so glad all is well now. Printer was very well packed. Courier did not leave first time though I was in waiting. Next day found he had gone to wrong flat but I managed to alert the next guy who delivered it to me!

    Solid product, but complicated!

    Have used an earlier version for years. Network connection always a problem and this one is no different! Seeking help and advice from the supplier - forget it. Expected to wade through the inevitable electronic handbook - need a degree in Computer Science to understand it!
