I ordered this product as gift 05/12/23. Processed and dispatched within 24 hours & according to tracking had arrived with UK carrier Evri (formerly Hermes) 07/12/23. After which it did not seem to move. I contacted the seller, they were very responsive and helpful. I patiently waited 5 days for the seller to sort with the courier. I received a refund 18/12/23 - clearly Evri have lost the product. It was not the sellers fault and I am giving positive feedback for their responsiveness.
