I'm not a fan of bubble-wrap envelopes for ceramic components. One of the sockets was broken, but they made it right, so I will give positive feedback for good customer service. The replacement was wrapped better, but still in a bubble-wrap envelope. If you're going to continue to send these in this manner, at least wrap the sockets in cardboard. Thank you!
