It was packaged poorly and shipped Ground Advantage, causing it to arrive late AND damaged. This caused an entire situation- we needed the part ASAP. So we waited an entire week for this to arrive, just to have to find another one and wait for it to be shipped. Seller did issue a refund, but it cost us a LOT more due to the situation. A little care and honesty would have prevented our bad situation.
