Previously used but very clean condition, well packed, delivered promptly. Described as "working no battery" but when it arrived it had no bulb. Only solution seller would consider was return for full refund plus return postage cost. It was cheaper and easier all round just to get a new bulb, which I did. Seller was invited to contribute (less than the cost of return postage and easier than getting the lamp back and having to sell again), but seller did not reply.

I appreciate your feedback but would like to add a few details. You purchased the bulbs before giving me a chance to offer a solution & the only option available was to return the item because you said “ I have that horrible depressing feeling that I have been cheated”. The bulbs cost you £6.46, returning the item would of cost £4.00 which I would have refunded in FULL. I am not in the habit of cheating customers. As for my contributing to the cost of the bulbs I think my silence spoke volumes.
