Returns Policy

Please message if unsatisfied with your item before opening a returns case to allow for a solution to be potentially completed.
 
If a returns case is opened, the following has to be followed to successfully complete a return:
The buyer has 30 calendar days from receiving an item to request a return.
The buyer has 14 business days to send the item back, once the seller has accepted the return request.
The buyer has to ensure that the item is delivered to the seller within these 14 business days of the seller accepting the returns request.
 
The seller is responsible for the payment of return postage if the item is not as described, arrives damaged or is missing parts.
The buyer is responsible for the payment of return postage for any other reason including not wanting the item, changing their mind etc.
 
The item needs to be returned in the same condition that it was sent. If the item is returned in a different condition, the item may only be partially refunded following eBays Partial Refund Guidelines.
 
When the buyer wants to return an item, the postage method for returning needs to be agreed upon between the buyer and seller. This is to make sure that the item being returned is posted appropriately for the type of item that it is. The postage method decided upon will always be a method that will provide a tracking number to prove return of an item.
 
 
Refund Policy
Once a return is completed and the item has arrived to the seller, the seller has 2 business days to fully refund the buyer for the original item price. The return postage price will be refunded at the same time if the item arrived to the buyer damaged, missing parts or not as described. The return postage will not be refunded if the item is returned because the buyer did not want the item, changed their mind etc. The refund will be completed through the same way the item was paid for unless an alternative is agreed upon between the seller and buyer.
