seller communication could have been a little better, as I didn't get a tracking number for my package and it showed up with no notice or warning (wife didn't know I had ordered so she wasn't thrilled when it showed up without me telling her). The printer I received needed a couple of screws that were missing and had a groove melted into the bed surface in one spot. prints great after assembly and being reset to default for settings.
