The mug arrived beautifully wrapped and packaged. There was an issue in that it had a rattle which was due to the manufacturing process (no breaks or chips or anything) . I contacted the seller (as this was a special gift).. and they swiftly organised return postage, and the replacement mug... which is non rattle and lovely. Smashing communication and quality. Do not hesitate to purchase from this seller.

Love these mugs. Sent quickly as requested, well packed - great seller. But despatch via Royal Mail 48 to pick-up point very disappointing- no notification on arrival, therefore very difficult to collect.
