POLITE TACKLE CARE NOTICE -

Should there be any problem we will endeavour to work with you on replacing your item. However without wanting to advise you of something you may well be completely aware of already, please bear in mind the following. If you have received a rod, please ensure you don't put a bend in it on the end yourself or against the ceiling. Rods are designed to hold pressure throughout the full length of the rod BUT NOT excessive pressure through one section. Please also do not test your rod by threading your line through the rod and then tugging on the line yourself Furthermore, if your line gets caught round the tip, DO NOT exert any further pressure. For these reasons Tackle manufacturers remain very strict on replacing broken tip sections, insisting on seeing the section to find the exact cause of breakage. The same thorough inspection is done on broken POLE SECTIONS. We recommend pole rollers are always used with poles and they are elasticated by someone experienced. Please be advised the slightest knock can cause a weakness in a section that won’t break until you catch a fish, and so please ensure complete care is taken when transporting, assembling, dismantling and shipping back your pole.
