    It does what it says on the tin

    This was recommended by the tiler when I had a new bathroom three years ago. So long as you wear a mask, goggles and open a window, it’s easy to use and creates a waterproof/dirt proof finish. It still looks brand new.

    Really good stuff

    Really great product, it does protect grout by creating an invisible waterproof barrier, easy to use, you just have to remember to top it up every few months. I’ve used it a lot.

    Invisible after application

    This was recommended to me by a professional tiler to treat the grout on the kitchen floor he had just laid. I sprayed along the grout lines, waited a minute or so, then wiped the overspray with an old towel under my foot. This whole process was then repeated 20 minutes later. I was worried that the overspray would show up as darker patches, but it after drying it is completely invisible. The solvent is rather smelly, but this clears within an hour if you open the windows and doors.
