The item arrived, though not as quick as I would have wished. I asked for and offered to pay for expedited shipping and the seller was unwilling to accomodate my request. I was under the impression that it was a new item. There was no packaging, no instructions...nothing. I'm not sure it was new. The item is in great shape but it's a bit of an older item and so I would have liked to have instructions on hand. Other than that the transaction was adequate.
