If you have ordered a part by not reading a listing and then want to return it to us please return it back to us via the address on the label and then message us and we will refund once it arrives. This is the fastest way.

Scooters are covered by a manufactures warrantee, we will work with you to send this to the manufacture who have workshops in Europe, If the error has happened within the first month we will look to replace for you. If you contact us after a month we cannot offer refunds but will help you get the scooter repaired within warrantee.

warrantees will be void if Scooters have been damaged by lack of care and maintenance, The scooter has been deliberately damaged or tampered with, involved in an accident due to the manor in which it was ridden, submerged in water / ridden in extreme weather. We have an experienced team who know exactly how certain parts can be damaged due to, e.g jumping of curbs, crashing into wall, leaving the scooter overnight in the rain, riding through deep puddles.

We advise that with an electric scooter you store it indoors away from moisture, much like you would a mobile phone or laptop and take good care of it.

We will of cause work with you to find a solution and find new parts if required directly from the manufacturers. However batteries are not cheap or easily available.

1 year guarantee on scooters is inline with UK consumer law regarding electronics, items over 6 months old if cannot be repaired will be refunded minus up to 50% depending upon ware and tare. We will always choose to repair over refund where possible.

Suspension Kits are sealed with a tamper sticker, we will not accept returns on this item if the sticker has been tampered with and the box opened.

This is to protect us as a business from customers who choose to fit the kit, then damage it, then try and return it to us.
