Due to Brexit, The UK is no longer in The European Union. This now means that all items are held and inspected at Customs in your country. Tracking of a parcel will not move whilst held there and at peak times such as December, there are likely to be delays due to the backlog of parcels.
Once an item leaves UK, it is no longer handled by Royal Mail UK and is dealt with by your own national postage service. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AN ITEM CANNOT BE CLASSED AS "LOST" UNTIL 20 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED FOR EUROPE AND 25 WORKING DAYS FOR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. These are Royal Mail's conditions of postage.

This has been an adventure. The bag was much brighter than pictured (not the seller s fault) so I requested a return. I paid the international return shipping and then was assessed a customs fee which is surprising given the low value of the item. The seller has promised to work on getting the fee refunded. I am hopeful this can be resolved as it has been a long and expensive refund journey. Thank you to the seller for the follow up in getting the fee refunded.
