One of the circuit breakers came in with a broken end. It was not packaged properly by the seller because they wrapped it with foam and plastic wrap and put into a bubble mailer instead of a box. The seller stated "It wasn't broken when we shipped it". I feel I should get a replacement or get my money back.

We replaced the broken breaker at no cost and even reached out to the buyer to make sure he was happy with the replacement, he stated he was, we asked him to please amend his feed back and we hope he did. This issue was addressed to the buyers satisfaction. We don't believe that the negative feed back should stand.
