Slow to ship, took days to ship after I had a shipping number 3 to be exact. Then took 3 days to answer message on eBay, when I questioned them when they were physically shipping out the order, seller only replied 30-40 minutes before my package was delivered, product was as expected and described.
Seller needs to work on customer communication and actually shipping out sooner.

The product is as described. I was concerned it would be too big but it has an elegant look and low profile. Fast delivery and really fast response to questions.
