Giving positive feedback to the seller because I doubt the damage is their fault. Package arrived literally having been bent in half with a rip at the top of the package, despite all the padding making bending very difficult. Had to place the photo in an 8x10 flat loader under about 50 lbs. of books to flatten most of the crease. The photo itself is nice, high quality gloss & great auto; just wondering if the carrier(s) were demolition workers who visited 4-5 pubs before handling this package.
