Love the Havalon Knives
This blade is great for fish, but I've also used it for birds and gutting/skinning deer. Watch the tip though!!

Super Sharp
The havalon knife is super Sharp and when it get a little dull I can just pop on a new blade. Since I can't sharpen a knife this works great for me. The only down side is the blades are real thin and they bend and break if you try to do a heavy duty job with them. Be careful with the knife or you will cut something that you don't want to.
