The item is not as described. The listing and item description says 'wiper arms and blades' but you do not receive blades. I have contacted the seller and their response was "you will receive what is in the picture" but that does not match what it says in the item description. The seller made very little effort to resolve the issue and just sent a copy and paste description of how to return the item.
