The item purchased was not as described. It had several permanent stains and crystals were missing. These details were not described in the listing even though very obvious. The listing only described it as ‘pre owned.’ The seller does accept returns, but i already paid $13 shipping and now a $13 return just makes no sense for a $30 purchase. I would’ve been satisfied with a partial refund, but this option was not offered.
