I didnt take the vendor up on the return of the item because I am so pleased with the 2 that were fine. These are not as good as the Fluke versions. They are good enough to do the job . I'm very pleased with the product. The vendor offered a return service which was completely unnecessary in my circumstances. Brilliant.

Royal mail are a very bad postal service if I don't have it tracked it goes somewhere else, please use another service. This service is a Mickey Mouse service. when I finally got the item off the home owner the item was delivered to. The controller is a Brill item and a good price . I got the item out put in battery's and my TV worked. over the moon😁
