Soundtacular !!! excellent player with loads of power and storage!!!
Pioneer XDP-30R Digital Audio Player is simply amazing, was a bit on the fence about it as it states it only Supports up to 256 GB sim., what it should say is 256GB per sim slot, so it should be revised to say 512GB total 256x2 , very easy to navigate and sync options are a breeze with the laptop, has 3 pre-programed internet sites for music, wish it was open wi-fi but how many stations do I really need anyways? lots of features for customization of your music, I have my #2 sim with only flac HI-RES bought music, the other is for MP3`s , and yea you can tell the difference especially using the 2.5mm hole for balanced earphones/headphones, I bought a 2.5 balanced cord adapter on ebay with the 3.5 female end for your headphones, as long as they are balanced this unit will blast your ears ... Great sound with FLAC files, I now no longer bother with mp3's. The battery life is shorter than I would have liked, probably the manufacturers figures are for almost everything turned off. Also if you want to use headphones with a step down 1/4" to 3.5mm adaptor you need to remove the top bumper. The sound via my bluetooth headphones is not as good as wired. If you are familier with Android smart phones you will soon get the hang of the players controls and menu's. As for value for money, I can't compare it against others, as this is my first high end player, but so fare it is impressive.Great sound with FLAC files, I now no longer bother with mp3's.
