The item was well packaged but the tip of the cane was a low quality soft rubber that came off on first use. No response to email. Seller violated ebay policies by listing it as located in the USA.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Seller contacted me and explained that they ran out of the product in the USA and had to bring in from India. He also offered to send me another stick because of the problem with tip of the one I received. Although according to EBAY I cannot rescind the negative feedback I believe the seller acted in a responsible manner in the end.
