I got a Delite1200 rather than the Delite1800 it should have been. Also no remote control included as stated. The unit I got is considerably lower powered, inferior & cheaper than the one I ordered, & to this extent I feel cheated. The seller did respond quickly & offered a 25% refund - but this is not the point. They wasted my time &, since I don't have capacity for the inconvenience to return, ultimately a waste of money too
