The photo was misleading and the seller did not say that the pram was functional with wheels, as it arrived with no wheels this has been a very expensive item which is unusable. This item has now unreturnable on it so I am left with a useless pram for my grand daughter Very dissatisfied.

I’m sorry for the confusion but the item was clearly stated as “spare parts” in the item title and description. The picture also clearly showed what was being sold - “spare canopy and bag”. I was happy to action return/refund as a goodwill gesture but your abrupt messages have left me no choice but to seize contact with you.
