Yu-Gi-Oh!: Forbidden Memories is a role-playing game set in ancient Egypt and based on the popular Japanese card game and animated television series. Players take the role of a young Pharaoh to interact with other characters and solve mysteries. The hero can challenge other players to duels, which take place on three-dimensional battlefields. The game features over 500 monsters, all rendered and animated in 3D. Play is based on the Duel Monsters OCG Expert Rules.<br><br>This special "Premium" reissue of the popular PS release is packaged with three exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh trading cards: Harpie's Pet Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon, and Metalmorph. Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories was initially designed in 1996 by Kazuki Takahasi. The game's role-playing elements involve one of Yugi's ancestors, in a side-story to the animated television series.

    Yu-Gi-Oh games are often times pretty hard.. and this one is pretty high up on the difficulty list.

    First off, I want to preface this by saying this is an awesome game. It's one of the more interesting Yu-Gi-Oh games because of the environment. Forbidden Memories takes place in Ancient Egypt with the Pharoahs who began the Shadow Games. That's sick. The graphics are good for a PS1 title. The character sprites and environment stills are pretty, and the 3D models of the cards are good. I always skipped the fight scene though as it's time consuming. The gameplay is what you should expect from Yu-Gi-Oh, go from battle to battle with increasing difficulty until you are the champion or save the world (in this case, the latter). The biggest thing here is the difficulty. You better know your stuff or have a guide handy. The big thing in this game is FUSIONS, and there are no indicators that a ...

    Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories

    As I a previous owner of this game I knew it was absolutely great. After displacing my own I had to get my hands on another one. This game came with its original case but no manual. I did not mind the fact that it did not contain a manual but was disappointed because of the big scratch in front of the case. Other than that this game is stupendous just like the deal given to me by this seller.

    JUst Another Game

    Just decent Card Game..Never played any of the newer ones so i really can't compare ...in my opion the game is not to bad...like any other game ..does get boring after a while of trying to get the good cards..
