Definitely worth the money!
Bought my 2008 Vectra 1.9 CDTI Elite 150bhp last month. Been doing bits and bobs to it and discovered the swirl flap bar sitting on top of the intake manifold whilst replacing the glow plugs. I didn't even know what it was but a quick trawl on Google enlightened me. Very common fault apparently, but no engine warning light for me so I was unaware there was a problem. Purchased this bar with the brass collets, a little bit of jiggery pokery to fit as some of the angles were wrong on the bar.. Two pairs of pliers swiftly sorted this. Also, I removed the screws holding the brass collets on and put a blob of threadlocker on for piece of mind. A couple of minutes to fit (Although a set of very long nosed pliers is a must) Out for a test drive and WOW! What a difference! The car pulls away ... The brass cup fittings were not correctly spaced on the carrier bar. I had to cut the plastic cups off original the bar and then fit brass cups to original bar Would have been simpler to just buy the brass cups which are available and cheaper

Inlet swirl rod
My old rod was worn out and kept coming off, also the car was hard to start when cold and sluggish at low revs. Fitted this which is a bit fiddly but only took 5 minutes and the car is totally different.
