Great operating system
Really pleased with the TV. I've owned samsung, sony and LG smart TVs and toshibas operating system is the best i have used. There arent endless screens and it feels intuitive. This was a 32inch for the bedroom and exactly what we need. When buying a bigger one for the house i woild certainly get another toshiba.

Awful second hand nonsense
Tv came faulty, very slow, lagged and half the apps on it did not work. But the biggest one was the “frozen screen” no Wi-Fi working on a smart tv. (The thing was down right shoddy right out of the box) So of course I sent it off to repair. (I missed the 30 days return since one of their “lovely” advisors proposed every other solution than getting my money back- by returning the item) Be careful, after 30 days you’re stuck with a hunk of junk that will be problematic. And it only has parts warranty for it. Anyway; sent it off, it came back; it’s functioning a lot better. No lags, apps are working. Why was it not like this the first time out of the box? Of course it develops even further faults- it won’t turn off and on consistently. Light blinks rapidly and it just remains off. Sent ... Great product but needs more paperwork.
As it came it replaces the channel list each night and it has proved very hard to stop it doing so. I feel there should be more information on setting it up in the packaging as not everyone is able to follow the on screen procedures.
