I won this bag in the bidding on the 1st December and paid immediately. The next day the seller cancelled the order, advising me her daughter’s puppy had chewed it up! She even sent a photo of a puppy, however not a photo of the damage it had done to the bag. 23rd December and the same bag is up for sale again!! Minus any chew marks from a dog! Don't understand this. I removed the bag, assessed the damage, then offered it to the buyer for £50 cheaper than what they won it for due to the extra rip (which was almost invisible after tiny repair). I thought I was doing the decent thing as I didn't want to send with damage that hadn't been mentioned in the description. The buyer seemed lovely and understanding so this feedback has really thrown me.
