This seller wasted my time, the item was listed as a brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item. When it arrived it was very much a damaged item, lots of marks and scuffs, very opened, battered and damaged packaging and the water tank of the vacuum was cracked so badly it leaked. The seller accepted a return and gave a refund immediately but the whole thing was a massive inconvenience, they should have just been honest in the listing description.
