Advert is unclear as it shows a complete straining system. Only sent part of the equipment, the strainer and ill fitting lid with a hole in it. When queried I was referred to the strainer only picture and offered a 30% refund. Not acceptable and asked for full refund which was promptly paid. Note the 97% satisfaction rating; this means 3% of people are not happy, including me. I cannot recommend this company. I think that they are in China despite the name as English is not their first language.
