Absolutely disgraceful after it took longer than their delivery date arrived today. The batteries are way too big to fit in the slot. Contacted seller rather than offer to send batteries which fit tells me to return items and ask for a replacement. I much rather throw it away than ask for a replacement. I am disabled and I have to go through trying to get to the post office to send it back then wait another three weeks for a replacement. Poor and rude customer service telling me it’s my choice
