Maybe I am being a little critical here but I have been in touch and requested a refund which has been actioned. I ordered this book which I was advised would be delivered between 16 and 20 May, it didn't arrive and I was then told it had been ordered from the publisher and expected despatch now 6 June plus 3-5 days delivery. Information needs to be relevant with regards to delivery in these cases. To be fair they seem good guys and would order again from them.
