    These Venhill kits are very nice and provide all you need to set up mechanical controls. I already have their throttle cable kit and liked it so much I decided to get their clutch cable kit. You need at least basic mechanical knowledge to properly set up or, as in my case, adapt the kits to a custom build. These kits saved me a great deal of frustration as I can trim them to my builds needs. Much better than trying to adapt an existing models cables. I highly recommend them. Thank you

      Pretty good, but the cable ferrule won't fit in the supplied threaded adjuster

      Good quality construction and probably long enough for most applications. Measure carefully because the sleeve and wire are not overly generous. Biggest downside is that the ferrule on the end of the outer sleeve will not fit into the threaded adjuster supplied with the fittings. This means the adjuster is useless. I reused my original threaded adjuster with the new cable, luckily its ID was big enough to accept the new cable ferrule. It is not possible to adjust the diameter of the cable ferrule without damaging it. I assembled my cable and then realized it would probably have been smart to lubricate it while it was in two pieces.

      Yes but....

      Good product but no mention of what else is needed to solder stainless steel. One must purchase liquid flux to assist in soldering. Hydrochloric acid preps the cable first. A must! Other et wise solder will not wick up...

      Universal Clutch Cable

      I have build 4 or 5 bikes and I gotta say, if you have extended bars just buy this kit. Custom make your own cable just the way you want and need. Great quality. Heavy duty. The only thing you will need is a little solder and flux to affix the engine side fitting of your choice.

      Dont buy the cheaper cables!

      Dont buy the cheaper cables like I did. They might be ok for throttle cables but if you need a clutch cable, spend the few extra bucks. The cheaper cables are too thin. You need the heavier cable for your clutch. This is one you want. Thanks Venhill

      Clutch or Brake, you be the judge !!

      Worked great, actually used it for front brake cable, works better than factory. This is the first time I have ordered from this company, but will definitely use them in my future custom build.
