    the item is as described and it was dispatched quickly. However, I had a lot of problems with the dispatch company. They did not come to the house when they were supposed to (twice); I then requested a redirection to a pick up point suggested by them and again they did not deliver the item. We even went to the depot! we had to request yet another re-delivery and it arrived today. I turned to the seller for help and although they answered they gave me no help which was disappointing.
