The oven is amazing and looks like new , my tradesmen that fitted it commented on how like new it was and said it was the best refurbished model they have ever seen. We are delighted. Maybe more information would be helpful regarding how the delivery process is done post them sending it , but oven arrived safe and overall we would recommend this company the product is exactly as described , they arranged shipping of a super heavy item and wrapped it well for delivery .
