My purchase was cancelled the moment I paid for it and I then saw listing refresh with a £3 price increase (although I had purchased at the lower price seconds earlier). Excuse given was "problem with buyers delivery address" which is ridiculous as fortunate to live in a good area. I must assume greed is the motive here, since I message seller twice and recieved no replies thus must further assume has either no manners or no English. or both. Be mindful of disappoitment from this seller.

Ordred 6 pairs in 3 orders/ colours. Only 2 pairs arrived, in the wrong size and wrong brand so useless to me. I informed the seller and they gave me a partial refund on all 3 transactions, without me confirming this to be a suitable resolution. And by doing a partial refund on all three transactions it meanti could not open a return for the incorrect ones. Very sneaky seller, I'm left with a useless item, that cost me full price, that I can't return. Avoid this seller at all costs is my advice!

I'm leaving positive feedback as there's nothing wrong with the garment, but i was very disappointed to have ordered an XXL - i've double checked - and was sent a S/M robe, which obviously doesn't fit. Can't be bothered to repackage it and send it back, so I've given it to the wife so it won't go to waste, but in this day and age it shouldn't take a college degree to grab and pack the size which was ordered. So have this positive feedback free on me.
