Damaged item - bought with this seller due to quick despatch. Their only resolution was to return it, not good enough when it was needed for prompt delivery. Avoid, customer service is as shocking as the quality of their goods!!!

Small dent in the lid of the tin, offered for them to return it for a replacement ,what resolution did they want? They certainly did not want to return it, nor would they say what they wanted, so not really easy to help. Still gave the candle to their friend as present though?
