Prices vary dramatically, can be excellent value
This is a cheap and cheerful answer to the problem of gripping a mobile phone while taking video, made in China as much of this stuff is. The price of this gadget varies enormously and I got it quite cheaply at about £9. At that price, it is great value. Having said that, it is not robustly manufactured, the weak part being the panning handle which is only made of plastic. The first one I received the handle had broken off and was loose in the box. I was quickly supplied with a replacement which was intact, but I am reluctant to exert any kind of force on this handle and should make sure that the knurled knob is loosened before attempting to pan round.
