I bought the product because I used to have the video of the Salsacise set and wanted the DVDs. I love Rosemary Conley - the diets the exercise and the way of life. However exercise can be a pain but salsacise always makes me happy as its fun to do. Would definitely recommend it.
I brought this product a couple of days ago and was very impressed at the speed in which the dvd set was sent to me. The dvd quality is excellent as it has hardly been used. This is my first time buying a exercise dvd and i would happily buy another one in the future.
As ever Rosemary has put together a very good work out selection. Progressing from beginners salsa moves and a steady workout through to a more advanced energetic workout. I have only dont it a couple of times so far but I do like what I have purchased and would recommend it to others. Its easy to follow with very precise instructions.
