Easy to shape and what surprised me was the glue provided was really forgiving allowing the ability to peel off and restick if errors made. Just added more glue and it then stuck in place. 100% recommend getting the glue with the carpet. Also if you need to join due to awkward areas then the join easy to get a good match and hide.
