All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.

Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.

Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.

Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.

TOP VALUE & QUALITY C4 for DIESELS with DPF
A FULLY SYNTHETIC oil essential for diesels that require a C4 grade "low SAPS" oil. This is usually engines with a DPF (diesel particulate filter, AKA exhaust after-treatment). UK Yorkshire based Granville has been around for over 40 years with a good reputation for quality & value. Not being the most famous of the well established brands; one is buying the very best quality oil at an exceptionally good price. Users of Granville products are unlikely to be paying for the privilege of seeing the brand flash-by on an F1 racing car! I am using this grade in my OEM Nissan Juke fitted with a 1.5 diesel Renault engine.A FULLY SYNTHETIC oil essential for diesels that require a C4 grade "low SAPS" oil.
