I realize the item being broken in transit is not seller's fault but I would hope they would say "sorry to hear that". Instead response was "how do you know it was broken if you refused delivery". I felt like she was calling me a liar. I asked for a replacement to be sent ASAP (to arrive just in time but no response for 2 days). I’d have happily replaced for free due to the circumst

They arrived and don't look anything like the ones in the listing Also notice the difference in the plyers i was actually sent they look unfinished and the set didn't include a spanner i contacted seller who said i can make a refund claim. Straight away started stated her kids could do better and moaning i'd left a bit of black dust off & the pliers were not finished (they actually are) anyone can see from the pics that they are very much similar! she obviously doesn't know how to communicate with anyone and also doesn't know how to read a description properly as it says 5 not 6. As you can see i have excellent feedback messages all saying how good my chocolates look and taste
