Pex-Outlet shipped the item promptly (2nd business day after order) and it arrived promptly. Packaging was OK and the item worked, although the inside product box got a little bit mushed in transit because the seller put it in a regular envelope rather than an in outer box.
One more note. The description cites Rehau #260166 and shows that part. What actually arrived, however, was Rehau #260166-002. The only difference: the newer part has a plastic attachment ring vs metal for the older part.

Overall a good experience. I appreciate the bulk pricing, shipping was quick and the seller was communicative. The items were described as new, but they are tarnished unlike the picture in the description. Also, we ordered 30, because we need 30. The seller was quick to give a refund because one was missing the compression ring, but now we have to find another compression ring or order another complete part.
